  Used to go all the time went recently. The staff was rude...there was a huge language barrier.. wings were good....ordered food steak was too salty to the point it wasn't finished....ordered two of the same burgers in medium rare, did so by pointing to the item on menu while ordering it, to help with the language barrier....and when they came out two different burger (obesity was right) both had stale buns and wee cooked well done...22 French fries on one plate..(yes I counted) another person in our party ordered chicken and waffles...the friend chicken was completely over cooked and horrible.. .when we sent back the burgers it took the waitress 20 minutes to come back and ask me how my food was, as I was staring and trying to get her attention for some service and by that point everyone had eaten...I wasn't going to wait for a new burger...so I said just take it off the bill..she looked at me puzzled, went to some woman who was sitting at the bar drinking but I guess was in charge....that person walked into the kitchen with my food that I returned.... the waitress came back to the table with a smashed up hamburger patty and said something I couldn't understand but I think it was for her to show us it wasn't well done...5 people at our table in 1 hr they came to drop off our drinks and never asked for a refil..knew member of my party got up and went to the bar for a refil...mean while the restaurant is the size of most people's bedrooms....I'm not sure how they were so overwhelmed...now to end the night the bar tender comes over to tell me all she can do is take the burgers off......that's fine...imok with that I just want to leave at this point it's embarasing. There were three other tables also experiencing issues with their orders..
  
  We pay the bill by credit card....today two days later come to find out they added 33% GRATUITY that the purchaser never authorized. the owner didn't care and actually argued when it was brought up to him that his staff are forging credit card reciepts....huge thumbs down and will never return I will also make sure I tell anyone .
